Web site: http://www.bornfreemotorcoach.com In June, 2006, a caravan of 139 Born Free motorhomes made a pilgrimage to Humboldt, Iowa, home of Dodgen Industries, to celebrate the 80th birthday of founder John N. Dodgen. It was the largest-ever gathering of Born Free owners (264 in all), who wanted to take part in the Born Free spirit and camaraderie. Dodgen started making motorhomes in 1968, and now specializes exclusively in C-Class motorhomes. Five models are offered four on a Ford chassis, and one on a Kodiak C5500 chassis. The Born Free company prides itself on keeping in touch with its customers and responding to feedback and suggestions.
